Charles X. Delgado has been a resident of the Temecula Valley area since 1981 when he came to work for Kaiser Development Company as regional counsel. Prior to joining Kaiser he served as a Deputy Attorney General in the California Attorney General’s Office for seven years. In 1990 he formed the Law Firm of Wood and Delgado with Pat Wood and from 1992 through 2008, the Firm maintained an office in Irvine, Orange County, and in Temecula where Mr. Delgado maintained his office.
